I’m super short and I have zero waist so I have to build up my lats and my glutes to give the illusion of a narrow waist. This is eight weeks progress so far and I’m pretty excited because you can actually see it happening in the side by side 🙌🏻 @212degreescoach has really pushed me to use heavier weight. I couldn’t even count how many times in a week I tell him I can’t lift that and he says fucking do it anyway.
