So my journal for today. Today was the first day of term test. Been centuries since I did literally leave at noon. Last night didn’t sleep much, I promised myself I would discard everything to just go home and nap this afternoon after the lunch with colleagues. It’s also been some time since a majority of us managed to/willing to catch a lunch indeed tgt. Unlike before tho, I today didn’t entertain as much and got somewhat glued to the phone, like I would rather finish the news I hadn’t finished this morning on train than actually listened to what ppl next to me talked. My mood totally wasn’t there. Knew that staying in cwb wasn’t at all a bad idea. I could hide in pure to mark, practise a bit when the food hv digested a bit and then head down for the bus just downstairs. Things should be perfect, esp considering pure’s lounge is an enjoyable place to stay. However I strolled one round in H&M and then peacefully left for home. Accompanied by some random YouTube I really fell asleep. In retrospect, I was surprised when I was in the middle of all plans, my favourite friend, aka hesitation, didn’t take me away. The class tonight was about depression and anxiety. I tried to keep a close eye on my status too. The 8 min alarm just rang. I could take off my alarm. This journal was also, almost for the first time, written up in regards of the timed rule. As I used to put up impt updates here, now I m not so sure how to do that. But rather than missing the boat and the mood of saying it gone, yea I have booked the tix for the summer. Know that it doesn’t matter. 🦵🦵Lunges are a great starter or a finisher to a leg session, they help improve hinging from the; . ➡️ hips ➡️ knees ⬆️ flexion at the ankles .
