For medicine ball push ups the important part is to try to not rock your body, keeping your hips straight. My personal imitation of a wallflower. . But actually: handstand holds facing the wall are easier than kicking up into one facing away from the wall. Both are great to work overhead strength and stability if you can have adequate mobility and can maintain a stacked position of the hands, shoulders, hips and feet. Give them a try! . @justforall cookie dough gets 10 out of 10 🍑 ‘s 😍 Let me tell you about these little jars of happiness. SO good. Not only does it taste better than "real" cookie dough.. but it's all natural ingredients. This company explored hundred of thousands of plants throughout the world and discovered ways to make amazing food with them. CHeck the facts, read their story and try their products. I put the cookie dough in my protein shakes every night... and sneak a spoonful on occasion. I have yet to actually make cookies with it... that's my next plan lol. But the raw version is delicious. I have a very sensitive stomach... can't have a lot of sugar or processed foods in general and this stuff is great. Never gives me that "yucky" feeling or sick feeling. Have you guys tried this stuff?? Or their other products? Let me know! I plan to try more and review more of their company in many posts to come.
