For major movements it’s crucial to stiffen all the muscles and resist any potential movement to avoid any type of injuries to the spine and surrounding musculature. 2. Produced force goes through the core in dynamic movements which requires stability (resist potential movement). The core acts as a transfer center of force which can identify how efficient and effectively you move a certain weight regarding your strength. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ STOP DOING CRUNCHES!? 🥺 Your core is a force transfer center and stabilizer and ❌NOT❌ a primal mover.
