Stance is important too, but varies for almost everyone. -Can you squat with injuries? Sure, depending on what you have going on, but just be smart about it. You can always limit ROM, knee/hip angle, and use assisting tools (super bands, mini bands, etc) to help get those muscles strong again thru injury. -Listen to your body.
