I’m working at the gym but still not working out...I have one more night off and then it’s ON!! 🙄🙌 . I am able to move around more fluidly so up and down movements were okay. Couple clips from yesterday’s hell 😅😅 descending reps ladder ascending weight from 20 to 1 and let me tell you by the time I got to one I didn’t think would be able to walk 😂😂, granted I didn’t go heavy but 45-60 seconds goes quick when lifting and that doesn’t make for a fun workout!
