Done eating for the day!! Had a chicken bacon salad for dinner 😋😍 . For a snack earlier I had half of a cheddar and salami @cheesewich. I also tried a little bit of @eatnui ginger something 🤤🤤 would’ve ate both cookies but my daughter snatched em up and ate them lol but I got plans with the rest of my cookies to make a delicious dessert 😍🙌🏻 and I also had two slices of the dessert pizza I made last night with @kboshfood cauliflower dessert crust! Sooo good!! . I did great with my carb intake today! Only 7 net carbs and my goal was to stay under 10! But my calorie intake was a little high again. 1421. Not horrible since I usually like to stay around 1300. But it’s more than I wanted to. Tomorrow I’m just going to make sure that my breakfast is lower in cals so that I don’t start my day off so heavy. This morning’s breakfast including my coffee with collagen was 688 cals lmao. Yikes!!
