Great guest from #hrimnir_ramen in #oslo Norway over at our HQ office in #kag#kagawa. We were so grateful that David came all the way here in west of Japan. All our staff, including school instructors appreciated his passion to make better #ramen and improve his #ramennoodle. We test-made 3 types of #ramennoodles from #wheatflours he brought from Norway and 3 other types that are different in water content and size, including #tsukemen
His scientific approach to culinary methods, ingredients, and making of ramen is very inspirational and learning experience for us.
