Our back body is where we store all the aspects we don’t want to deal with or other people to see; as a result, we, quite literally, place these attitudes and feelings behind ourselves. 🙈

Quite a bit of unwanted especially so called negative emotion gets stored & hidden in the back of the body mind — along the spine and the backs of the legs. 🙆🏻♀️

When we experience emotions we don’t want to acknowledge, they don’t disappear — things can only be moved around and change form. 💫

The back can be like the basement or attic; restricting the flow of life even when our front “living room” appears arranged to present the appropriate social image. 🖼

What we create with lines of awareness becomes the basis for all physical organization, alignment, balance & well-being, along with that of mental and of spiritual development or pursuit 🏁
