When people ask how I’ve transformed the way I have after a baby “what are you doing?!” Expecting some crazy regimen and calorie restricted diet, but honestly? Balance!
For example, I 110% ate ice cream the night before the picture on the right 😂🤷🏻♀️
I eat sweets, I indulge, I don’t deprive myself, but moderation is key! I follow a good diet about 90% of the time and I lift and/or do some form of cardio 5-6 days a week. I’ve learned not to fear indulgences and it’s honestly what I’ve been missing, I really feel that being so strict 24/7 is what personally held me back, ruined my metabolism, thyroid etc. do what makes YOU feel the best! 💪🏽👊🏽 #TeamHill#GoBigOrGoHome#FitMomma#9MonthsPP#JourneyBackToMe
