🍱🍱🍱DINNER🍱🍱🍱! . So then, how’s your monday been? Long? Tiring? Or have you had a productive one like me 😊☀️🏆! . I say productive as i don’t usually work Mondays BUT I’ve been work, done a bit of O/T, I’ve done my first HIIT workout in nearly 4 weeks, and it felt good!!! (Pigeon point of the @thebodycoach ) tough on the legs this one, especially if you haven’t trained for ages. And I’ve been on the bike and cycled to my mums to do a few things for her before getting home and doing tea for us. I have been up since 2am as well. . It’s motivation people, it’s planning, it’s, it’s having the energy to beat the Monday blues, it’s not letting the weekend catch up with you, and I’m a victim of that to as I had a drink weekend as well. You get up and jump back on it!!! It’s the never ending lifestyle! 👍🏽😊❤️! . Here’s my quick meal tonight. Ideal for you veggies to! 👍🏽😍 . Portion sizes = handfuls! Broccoli (I used frozen) Mange tout Butternut squash sprialized Courgette (sliced) Mushrooms 1 Red chilli (sliced) 1/2 green pepper (sliced) Babycorn 3 spring onion (chopped) 2 poached eggs 1 tsp mixed herbs 4 tsp light soy sauce Salt and pepper Approx 20g pine nuts (thumb) garnish with coriander . .
