Good luck is one of those things where it exists outside of us and general consensus is that we have no effect on it in our lives. I disagree. I think that we each have a certain amount of influence upon good luck. I've been blessed with many good acquaintances but I wouldn't have as many of them had I not put serious effort into networking or attending events that would put me in those networks. Good luck exists but we can put ourselves in situations and places that are more lucky than others. Try it out and create your own luck! ▪️ 👉@kylebrost👈 ▪️ 🚀ART OF STRATEGIC REACTION👑 . . . . #inspire #inspiration #inspirational#inspirationalquote #success#succeed#successmindset #successquote #successful#life#lifequote #kylebrost #instagood#instadaily #passion #purpose#growth#progress #ent#entrepreneur #entrepreneurship#entrepreneurlife #entrepreneurshipquote#comment#quoteoftheday #entrepreneur

Why bothering with exercise when you’re pregnant?🤰 Someone asked my client @sarahtheingham (who looks beautiful and strong) this recently so I thought, in Santé fashion, I would answer with positive re-enforcement 😉🤓 There is a lack of quality information out there so sometimes women will decide to not bother (just incase) and end up feeling crap and cranky! BENEFITS: ✅ research shows that fitter mums have shorter labours; less chance of preterm labour; fewer complications and shorter hospital stays. ✅ lower rates of perceived exertion during labour. ✅ “exercise during pregnancy might program a baby’s heart to resist cardiovascular problems later in life, because they have stronger blood vessels.” ✅ an increase in stability and strength can help to reduce aches and pains (such as lower/upper back), keeping your posture in a more optimal alignment. ✅ hip thrusts, squatting and glute bridges are some of the exercises that will help to encourage movement through the pelvis, whilst stabilising your lower back. ✅ it’s ok to take that heart rate up without being completely breathless; remember that labour and delivery can be like VERY high intensity interval training so fitness is key! ✅ there are plenty of abdominal exercises you can still do; don’t avoid them! A strong core will reduce the chance of abdominal separation and you will recover quicker during post-natal. Walking and yoga is great, BUT you can’t beat the benefits of strength training! Be strong to support your changing body (you’re carrying extra weight!) You will absolutely get back to where you were and possibly, a stronger version of you! 💃🏼 #fitmum #pregnancytraining #proudpt #fitspo #inspirational #strongwomen
