🔶Carrot and coconut instant rice crepes for kids(dosa aka ghawan)🔶 This simple dosa is quick to make with no fermentation required.
I have added drumsticks powder to it for extra nutrition. I got drumsticks powder idea from @earlyfoods and I am loving it especially for my little one. It's nothing but a dried drumsticks leaves powder which can be added to chutneys, dosa, paratha stuffing etc. It's so versatile. Drumsticks leaves are great source of calcium, it not only protects the liver but cures any digestive problems. Great for everyone.
For dosa, I added 1/2 cup rice flour, 2 cloves garlic minced, 1/2 carrot grated, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp coconut powder, 1 tbsp drumsticks powder( Optional), half chilli (Optional), pinch of asafoetida, cumin seeds and salt as needed. Mixed it well with water until it reaches thin batter consistency. Greased pan with ghee and just poured the batter on hot pan, do not disturb the batter. After 2-3 minutes flipped it carefully, cooked other side for a minute and done!
Serve it with chutney or spread cream cheese and fold like I did or serve with ghee. 😊
