Incidental movement is even more important than your daily workout. Our bodies are meant to move, so spend the 23 hours you’re not in the gym wisely. My favourite ways to get in a little extra movement are to start my day with some stretching/foam rolling, walk to wherever I’m going if I can, and get in a couple of swims on a beautiful day like today!
