First day back deadlifting since Nationals lol and it’s for sets of 6 at 225lb! 🥵
Jokes aside this wasn’t so bad and it feels amazing to do one of my favourite lifts for the first time in weeks. I did about one bajillion accessories after and even did a cardio and pushed the sled around 🙃 #athletik
My goals for now that I’m back on track are to lean out a bit for the summertime and get JACKED. 🍗🍗 Here we goooo!
