Probably the hardest “recovery” week I have experienced yet. Swim, bike, and runs for the week all included speed work and after two killer swims I wasn’t sure how much I had left.
However after the first 100 of my warm up I knew I had this and pushed through my set.
I’m very happy with my times and growth just after the third week.
Now to just keep it up as I prepare for #ironmanwaco703 in Oct.
