🌟 went to the gym today after 2 months, and remembered why I stopped going. I only have 3 more weeks and I’m out of contract 👌🏼 targeted some back and shoulders today, followed by some cardio. Crazy how quickly you can lose progress, I was able to still lift the same weights but boy that was a bit of a challenge. ⁉️SHOULD YOU WARM-UP BEFORE EXERCISE?⁉️ 📌When you are pressed for time, or just eager to start your workout, it can be tempting to skip a warm-up. But warming up before you exercise has very real physiological and often psychological benefits. The American College of Sport Medicine compares a warm-up to driving on the on-ramp of a highway. 🔥FULL BODY CARDIO CIRCUIT🔥 - Zero equipment needed, so find a corner of the gym or try this at home! Could be done as a circuit or with short rests in between! - Don’t forget to double tap 💛 and save for later!! - 3-4 ROUNDS⬇️⬇️ 1️⃣ 30 sec | 180 squat jump (keep your arms down, not using them for momentum) 2️⃣ 30 sec | 6 Mountain climbers into 2 twists 3️⃣ 30 sec | Lunge into jumping knee drive (switch leg at 15sec- take out the jump if needed) 4️⃣ 30 sec | plank to toe touch (this is a nice break for your legs) 5️⃣ 30 sec | Static sprint (focused more on quick feet not high knees) 6️⃣ 30 sec | reverse plank with knee tuck (this was way harder than I thought lol) - 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️Who’s giving this a try!? _______________________________ Follow @bulldognutrition for more
