These days I love to start and end my day with a meditation. I do an hour in the morning and an hour before bed time as if my life depended on it! I never use to like the silence and now that’s all I crave. I hardly ever checked in with myself and now I check in numerous times throughout the day. My body could never sit still and now I melt into stillness. Meditation is my gift to myself. It’s my way of accessing all of the hidden treasures the universe has for me....What a difference 5 years can make.
