New personal record for me today. Wow that was tougher than I thought. I just saw this routine @farm_fitness yesterday. I hope my form was right. I was not really that sure how to combine the squats with pulling the sledge. Happy lifting day! I'm excited! First of all I thought I was going to do 125 kilos at the hexbar, being set back in weight to resolve balance issues... but my friend and coach @leenvanochten just grabbed the 130 plates... ayyy.... so soon after the flu? And Tuesday lifting REALLY sucked! He just shrugged. You can do this.... only one possible response... 'hei sensei' 🤣 Turned out he was right. First set of 5x130 kilos / 287 lbs, 2nd set 4x but 3rd and 4th only 2 reps. Which is actually good considering where I came from, flu and all... and Tuesday which royally sucked... Leen himself set one impressive PR also shortly after the flu! I'm actually proud too hahaha! Last picture of his lockout! Also did some oly, 4 sets of cycling push presses and 4 sets of shoulder presses. And some clean and jerks. Also dumbell benchpresses with Leen spotting (elbow really sucks at the moment) and some core work including TRX pushups... I've been busy!
