It is actually hot in Toronto. I usually want simpler foods in the summer as I don’t want to be slaving over a hot stove for too long 😓. Simple meals like this are easy to prepare and delicious as well. This is what a healthy weight loss meal looks like when you eat a whole foods, plant based diet. Wish I had known this like 10 yrs ago! Lol. No calorie counting or stressing. Just filling up on beautiful plant foods and having energy to live life without feeling hungry. 🌱💚🌱
