Day 33.. today i cook fried kueh teow for breakfast to my family.. they said very delicious. I felt very happy & i still continues my eatclean meals as usual. That's my biggest challenge to me & now my mind set automaticly change to my goals & i'm focus only my ideal weight slowly come to me soon.
