The moment I started making small changes daily is when I started seeing results. Every time in my life when I went head first into some extreme change(meal prep service, low/no carb, no sugar) I caved after a month because it was wayyyyy too many changes at once and I was like YEAAA I CANT DO THIS, THANKS THOUGH👋🏽 Slowly changing some lifestyle choices is the best thing I’ve done thus far in ma journey of getting healthier & happier 🙃
These little changes don’t seem like a huge deal at the time, but actually add up to BIG changes in mental/physical health-and because they are so small, and s l o w l y implemented, they last!!! Finally. Right?
So here are some swaps to try today->
COFFEE. Check my post about coffee options to implement a tiny change to your day to save A LOT of calories, sugar, fat & more cravings☕️.
WALK. Take the stairs! Walk while you’re on that phone call, take a walk after dinner, stand up on your breaks. These steps add up!🚶🏼♀️
BREAKFAST. Instead of a bagel or sugary breakfast bar -> try oatmeal, hard boiled eggs & bacon, smoothie packed with protein, fiber & healthy fats. This is going to keep you fuller longer (also when you have sugar in the morning you crave it more throughout the day)🍳
SNACKS. BRING snacks with you on the go! Instead of stopping at the gas station when you’re starving, or hitting the vending machine at work. When I’m a hungry hungry hippo and I don’t snack-I am more likely to binge at my next meal. Not cool. Nuts, fruit, Greek yogurt, protein bars are some of my fav on the go snacks.🥜
SIDE PIECE. When eating out-opt for veggies, salad or sweet potato on the side with your meal instead of French fries etc. Dressings, cheese and any other deliciousness on the side too so you can actually see how much you consume🥦

San Juan has been my favorite stop of any cruise, so far. Beautiful city full of history.
If you would have told me a year ago that I would be in a two piece bathing suit, walking along the beach, on an all expense paid cruise, I would have laughed.
So much has changed in less than a year’s time. My mental health is better. My spiritual health is better. And even though I may not look like a Barbie doll, and YES, I still have cellulite and thick thighs, my physical health is better.
I’m so grateful for the place I’m in now. I’m thankful for a program that doesn’t just help me lose weight, but helps me figure out my mental junk. Most of all, I’m thankful for a Savior that sees me through it all.
