So today's lunch was based on the following suggestions -- beans, cooked (and cooled) brown rice, asparagus, cold poached chicken, red peppers, arugula ... fresh herbs (basil and chives and arugula flowers -- yum!) olive oil and the juice from the red peppers was all that was needed for dressing. Really good -- really satisfying. .
