*Weekly Meal Plan* The weekend went by way too fast, but we are setting our week up right. We do so much better when we have a good plan. *Grocery Haul* We decided to do our grocery shopping on Friday night this week because we have a birthday party to attend tomorrow. We cut it close this week, but still came in *under budget*! 🙌🏼• • We bought a little more meat than normal this week, so it pushed us closer to our $175 budget. 🥑• • We are actually adding about $40 to our budget and will be going back to the store to buy about 10 pounds of meat that is on sale. When our stores have a really good deal, we will budget some separately to stock our freezer some. Then on other weeks we will have a lower budget because we won’t need as much meat. Quick. Simple. Tasty. Affordable. Weeknight meals at heir best. Gorgonzola 🧀& Basil 🌿 angel hair spaghetti. Coming home after a long day at work and wanting a flavoursome and healthy meal without going to the shops or getting take out. Simply boil some water (*always add salt to the water), cook the spaghetti of your choice. Lightly pan-fry some garlic and pepitas in olive oil, add 50g Gorgonzola (any cheese can work). Melt and mix. Drain the spaghetti and add to sauce base. Stir in 100g pieces of Gorgonzola for texture, add fresh basil, black pepper and a drizzle of sesame oil. Serve 👌#healthyfoodonabudget
