got bored and made cookies aka story of my life😅 chocolate chip almond flour cookies made w only 8 ingredients :) 👉🏼 1 1/4 cup @bobsredmill almond flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder + baking soda, 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, sprinkle of salt, 1 egg, 1/2 cup SF maple syrup, + dark chocolate chips. whisk everything together and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. melted @justins pb cups and drizzled on top + sprinkled some more salt. they’re not too sweet so feel free to add more maple syrup or other sweetener!

Quick and easy cookies for the kids (and anyone like me who has a major sweet tooth) 🍪 These took no time at all and will keep the kids going over the rest of half term. I’ve got some bananas going past their best soon and wanted to make something a bit healthier for snacks. Only 115 calories per cookie so what’s not to love. I used - 1 banana 🍌 50g dark chocolate chips 🍫 100g oats 2 tbsp honey (can use maple) 1 tbsp coconut oil I will be trying these again using raisins and for myself adding some protein. First day off for half term and loving it spending time with my girls. For Cookie Balls, see recipe in Bio... only amendment you need to make is to shape cookie dough into balls rather than flatten! . . For Cookie Cups, do exactly the same but leave out blueberries and instead stick your thumb in the middle of the balls to form a well, then fill with Raspberry Chia Jam before or after you bake (before means you get a drier Jam filling and less mess! After is more gooey and delicious in my opinion): . . Recipe for Chia Jam: Ingredients: * 300g raspberries * 2 heaped tbsp chia seeds (@chiabiaseed) * 3 tbsp warm water . . Method: * Mix the chia and water together and leave to form a gel for 10 minutes * In a saucepan, heat the fruits until a lumpy syrup is formed, this will release a little natural sweetness. This should take 4/5 minutes, and then put aside. * Once the Chia gel is formed, you can simply mix the fruit and chia together for a thick, fruity, lumpier jam or if you prefer smooth jam, simply give it all a whizz in the blender! Keto chocolate chips cookies!! 🍪 Hello!!! Lo prometido es deuda! Aquí les dejo la receta de estas galletas de chispas de chocolate keto! No saben lo deliciosas que están! Aparte te quitan las ganas de lo dulce! Puedes comerte tus galletitas sin culpas! Claro que no debes olvidar contar tus macros! Para hacerlos necesitas: 📝 - 2 huevos 🥚 - 1/4 taza de mantequilla o ghee - 1/4 taza de crema para batir - 2 cucharadas de esencia de vainilla Batir todo y agregar 1 taza de harina de almendra, stevia o azúcar del monje, y una pizca de sal. Revólver bien y agregar chispas de chocolate sin azúcar. Armar pequeñas bolitas, ponerlas en una charola para hornear encima de papel encerado, aplanar y meter al horno a 350• por 15 min.
