How do you get your veggies in? It may be easier to up your veggie intake than you think. Look for ways to add them to foods you’re already eating. Tonight, I’m making a pan of #paleo enchiladas, and I mixed in this “power mix” of kale, brussels sprouts, cabbage, and broccoli. The salsa and spices temper the flavor of the veggies (which can seem strong when you haven’t been eating them on the regular). If you’re into #glutenfree #grainfree enchiladas, get yourself some @sietefoods almond flour shells (they also offer coconut flour-chia or cassava shells, but I find the almond flour holds up best in this dish). And don’t be afraid to add your greens to various dishes!
