BANANA MUFFINS- check out Presley’s cute little hand ☺️ Ingredients I used was: 1 large zucchini grated 3 large bananas- mashed 2 1/2 cups of wholemeal flour 3 eggs, beaten 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon bicarb soda 1 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup 1/4 cup coconut oil melted Cinnamon- I use a lot as I love the taste. Place all of your ingredients into a large bowl and mix together until it’s well combined. For best results use your hands. Divide into muffin cases and bake in the oven until the muffins rise and are golden.

I dont like to snack as everytime we eat, we are spiking insulin. So i try to limit myself to 1-2 meals a day. But if i want something sweet for a treat on the odd occasion... Greek yogurt sweetened with stevia and vanilla bean with berrys and seeds is a nice low carb treat. I try to eat it with my main meal to avoid extra meals... It's also important to measure portions to avoid going over carb intake. Sure, it might set you back a bit, but it’s not gonna undo weeks 'n' weeks of hard work. ⠀ If you find yourself overeating one day — planned or unplanned — don’t get down on yourself. ⠀ All you did was eat a bit more than usual, and all you have to do the next day is get back on track. ⠀ You don’t need to “recover” or “fix” or “punish yourself” for living life. ⠀ ✅ Acknowledge it ✅ Learn from it ✅ Get back on track ⠀ PS. Hi everyone 👋🏼 Trin here with my food for today. Breakfast was a protein shake with coconut water, almond milk, banana and chia peanut butter. I snacked on a nectarine, a piece of chicken 😅 and lots of water. Lunch was salad with bacon and an egg. And for dinner I had mushroom, sundries tomatoes and chicken cooked in cream + lots of different herbs and spices. I also had salad and some roasties... I was too busy for a walk today but I sweated during housework and shopping in dis heat.
