Mondayyyyy morning ab check brought to you by vodka, fried chicken wings, french fries and brussel sprouts 🥃🍗🍟🥦. . . I don’t skip workouts just because I’m on vacation or even because I fully enjoyed all the foods last night. I get asked often how I manage to stay in shape. The answer is consistency. I found home workout programs that work and no one ever hears me say “I don’t have time”. I also eat healthy and enjoy eating healthy majority of the time but I also indulge whenever I feel like it. Just because I drank last night and ate foods that I don’t usually eat (fried foods) doesn’t mean I woke up today and said screw it. I woke up, was lazy a few hours then did a 40 minute upper body workout after slowly jogging up 50 flights of stairs and walking down 50 since I didn’t do my morning walk. . . I wasn’t blessed with an amazing metabolism, I don’t wake with muscles, I don’t wake up everyday with motivation but I DO wake up everyday dedicated to my health and I DO show up for everyday for myself even when I don’t feel like it.
