let’s be real... NOTHING beats a fluffy homemade donut right out of the oven 🤤 I received some New Zealand peanut butter from @fix@fix@fixandfogg yesterday & just had to bake with it today... sooo I made PEANUT BUTTER BANANA DONUTS and topped them with a creamy layer of pb + @pamelasproducts GF graham crackers + @eatingevolved dark chocolate 🍫 Theeee best combo ever! It’s a rainy day over here, so I’m just planning on reading/organizing my apartment the rest of the day ✨ Happy Sunday sweet friends! || #hannahharvestinghealth ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Peanut Butter Banana Donuts: 3 overripe bananas 1 egg 1/4 cup @fixandfogg PB 1 1/2 cup @bobsredmill oat flour 1/4 cup coconut or almond flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder Directions: Preheat oven to 350F and spray a donut pan. In a small bowl, mash the bananas, whisk in the egg, then stir in the peanut butter. In another bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. Pour the wet into the dry and stir until well combined. Put the batter into the pan (mine makes 6 donuts) and bake for 10 minutes! The frosting is loaded with flavor AND probiotics 🥳 #FollowYourGut #HappyAde || #hannahharvestinghealth ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Cacao Energy Balls: 1/3 cup almond flour 1/4 cup coconut flour 1 tbsp. cacao powder 2 tbsp. agave (or honey) 1/4 cup cashew butter Directions: Just stir everything together and roll into balls! (I made about 7) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Coconut Ginger Lemon Frosting: Melt 1/4 cup coconut butter on the stove with 6 tbsp. @healthade Ginger Lemon kombucha. You could also add honey to this too! Wasn’t planning on posting today, but I’ve studied SO much & I’m feeling super confident now 🙋🏼‍♀️ Both of the finals are tomorrow, so after that I’m going to throw myself a little party 😂🎉 A quick and easy lunch was needed today and this combo totally hit the spot! I was planning on attending an Influencer event tonight in ATL, but it’s a little too far of a drive for just a small event, so my sister and I are going to eat dinner downtown tonight instead! It’s only Tuesday and I’ve already had such a productive week, so I’m celebrating with these @dailyharvest cookies on #nationalcookieday 🍪 !!!
