After being #down35lbs I decided to change my game and work on #toning . My arms were weak and I was terrible at wall climbing as a kid. #triceppushups ? Ha no. Week 4 is a wrap!! I've made it halfway thru Round 1 of Liift4. Today was weigh in & measurements. I hate to say I'm disappointed but it's the truth. I was hoping for more but I've gotten over that...pushed played on Day 1 for this week & gotten my meals prepped for the next three days at work. I'm trusting the process. I won't let this feeling get me off track. I'm going to dial in my nutrition & continue to show up for myself every day. Stay tuned y'all...
