**GLUTE BUILDING TIP** Many people especially females spend hours Squatting,lunging,thrusting ect. all be it usless if the glutes aren't firing up properly or you have "lazy glutes".If you find this to be the case despite you eating enough calories to achieve muscle growth and appropriate programming then you should try performing glute activation excercises prior to your compounds.See some examples on my earlier posts.
