Whewww this was a great leg day✔️ SWIPEY SWIPE🤗 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This belt squat ended up hitting my quads A LOT, as expected, no matter what kind of variation/stance of squat I’ve tried it’s all quad baby my quads take over, I am quadzilla🦖 I just really wanted to mess around with this machine, but you can literally see my glutes moving the weight.
