All these smiles cause home girl did not get sick this whole winter and this year so far. Some of the things I did purposely in order to not fall sick 1.  Ate a variety of food. 2.  Ate heaps and a variety of vegetables. 3.  Almost on a daily basis I was conscious of what I ate – made sure I was getting the necessary nutritional value into my system. 4.  Took my multi Vitamin, Vitamin C x2  and fish oil 4 -5 times a week. 5.  Trained 5 times a week. 6.  Cut down alcohol. This does not mean that I won’t fall sick, but it definitely helps me not falling sick as often.
