I know individuals that struggle to find protein without gluten in it, this could be your answer. They also offer a vegan option❗️ . In terms of flavour I’d say it’s decent, it doesn’t blow me away but I’d happily drink it until it runs out. It mixes very easily and has around 23g of protein per scoop. The price is where this product is to expensive compared with other products on the market. You can actually get more protein for cheaper from other companies. (DM me to find out about this) 👈🏻 . . Sour Watermelon Legend X Pre-Workout: Although I’m not an advocate of pre-workout I wanted to give it a try due to the Warheads collab 😋 . The flavour is insane, probably my favourite ever tasting pre-workout. It reminds me of eating Haribo Tangfastics. Not only this but a whole scoop feels just right. I don’t get any jitters and it makes me feel completely focused. The previous pre-workout I had from another company I had to half the scoop as it was to powerful 🥵 . Again the price is where this product is let down. For £37 without a discount code is far to much compared with others on the market. Went to check out the @arnoldsportsau festival yesterday. So many amazing items on the market but now starting on an elimination diet, I only had eyes for @macr0mike and their two new flavours! 🍨 PROTEIN FLUFF 🍨 A hungry girl on poverty macros’ best friend 💁🏻‍♀️😋 . This bowl right here fills up my entire blender! (9 cups!) Helps my satisfy my sweet cravings and keeps me full for HOURS! (If I’m even able to finish it, which I probably will). . To make it: . ✅ 1 scoop whey protein ✅ 1/2 cup water or almond milk ✅1 1/2 cup ice ✅ 1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (this is a must because it’s what makes it thicken up and “grow”) Put everything in a blender and let it blend for 10-15 mins (yes, 10-15 min!). Then scoop it out in a bowl and I personally like to let it cool in the freezer for a little bit.. then add your favorite toppings and enjoy! 🍨😋
