Working on a little #dns transitions from low oblique sit to quadruped. These are great #glute, #adductor and #abdominal exercises. They also help improve gait mechanics as well as overall #movementquality The top video shows more emphasis on the stance leg using abductors to control me and then push me over to my top (swing) leg transition from stance to swing. BOOTY TALK! Did you know your butt can fall asleep from sitting down all day? It literally won’t remember how to wake up and it can get worse by the day if you don’t activate it (look it up, it has a name too)! . Buuut, if you target it during your workouts, it’ll wake up, and come back to proper functionality like support your whole body. . . If you’re suffering from knee or lower back pain, it’s not always because of your quad or lower back muscles, it could easily be due to a the sleeping butt syndrome. . . So these are one of my favorite butt exercises to wake it up AND make it look good 😍 . 1- bent single leg bridge 15x3 2- bent alternating toe taps 15x3 3- elevated donkey kick 15x3 4- fire hydrant kick 15x3 . . Hip raises ..... Hip raises can be done with bodyweight, dumbbell, or barbells; depending on the purpose. A Hip raise is an exercise that can be used to target the gluteal muscles. It is often seen in warm ups or strength/accessory training to increase glute activation, strength, and muscle hypertrophy.
