Lookin back at last week like.... . . . ✌🏼🌈TGIF y’all!!🌈✌🏼 . . . What a week! Who else was busy AF this past week? Who else is ready for the WEEKEND?! 🙋🏼‍♀️ . . . I honestly cannot remember where or who I heard this from recently, but it’s something that I’ve been saying to myself DAILY. . . . 💪🏻”LET’S WIN THE DAY!”💃🏼 . You see I can go all day and hit my macros, stay on track, knock out some killer workouts and then I have that late night snack after 8PM that takes me over OR worse it turns into a few spoonfuls of peanut butter.....except this week! So what has made this week different? I literally repeat that phrase to myself several times throughout the day and especially at night! . . See sometimes it can get very overwhelming to think about those big long term goals—so focusing on those small decisions each day and WINNING the day has been a game changer for me. It’s kind of like the phrase, “one day at a time” isn’t it? . . So no matter what you did this week, don’t let this weekend ruin or negate your progress!
