Having chef home tonight definitely has its perks 👌🏻 . He can easily whip up a nutritious and delicious meal in no time. . Here we’ve got a salad with peas, broad beans, cannelloni beans, asparagus, new potatoes, feta, and his homemade wild garlic pesto 😍 topped with lamb chops. . A good balance of protein, fats, and carbs ... and plenty of flavour! . If you want a ‘diet’ you can stick to, ensure you’re getting plenty of texture and flavour in there - herbs, and spices are your friends and something as simple as the way you chop your veggies can have a real impact on its texture! . Experiment and have some fun 😀 . Nutritious food does not need to be bland and boring. . . .
