Nothing like a delicious homemade meal to help you wind down after a very busy day. I forget how much I love asparagus. I go through phases where I eat it all the time, then I don't buy it for months on end. This was absolutely delicious and totally hit the spot. it's rare that I buy thick pork chops like this as I typically get pork roast. But they came out absolutely amazing. 💚 I'm going to watch an episode of Orange is the New Black and then call it a night. Praying that the rain holds off tomorrow so we can get to the mountain for a little while. Do you have any exciting weekend plans? 🎿

✨How long does it take to see progress when you start your fitness journey?✨ - 4 weeks? 8 weeks? 6 months? - I get it, you have a vacation or something planned and you want to give yourself a certain time frame to get there, that’s cool! - But let’s say you’re starting your fitness journey and are giving yourself an end date just for fun.. - what happens when you give yourself 8 weeks and you aren’t where you want to be? Do you get discouraged and stop? Possibly! - Allow yourself as much time as you need. How long it takes, is going to be different for every single person. - It depends on how long you’ve been on your fitness journey, on your metabolism, on your adherence to you plan, on your goals, on your calories etc.. - You don’t have to make this crazy progress in 8 weeks, think of it as a lifetime thing! The physical differences you see here are pretty subtle, but the differences your not seeing mean so much more to me. This past week I’ve ate (mostly) a paleo diet, with some treats and sweets here and there... I’m human, can you blame me? 🤷🏽‍♀️ The transformations you’re not seeing in this photo is a mental transformation and a health transformation. This entire week I’ve felt little to no bloat and my digestive system has been working much smoother 👍🏽 I think we can all agree that’s a huge non scale victory in it self! And my mental view of my body (inside and out) has changed drastically. When you’ve got things going on inside your body that you don’t understand it’s very challenging to view yourself in a positive image. When you’re working so hard and you see progress and results one minute then all of sudden you feel full of gas and the jeans that fit you an hour ago feel like they’re trying to squeezing the crap out of you. It’s a frustrating process but I’m so happy that eliminating dairy and gluten have helped me tremendously 🙏🏽

WIN MUSCLE IN A NATURAL WAY ... 🏋🏻💪🏼 If you can increase your muscles in a NATURAL way without steroids and even without supplements ... If you can ... You just have to know certain things that I will tell you next. 1 You must train and weighed .. Yes or yes .. Intensive weight training creates micro tears in the muscles that then (with food and rest) are repaired and will become larger and stronger to be prepared for an upcoming workout) weight should you use? One with which you can do 10 or maximum 12 repetitions with effort but without damaging the technique, it is impossible to do one more. 2. The protein will be the star of your diet, you must consume at least 2 grams of protein per kilo of your body weight per day (I weigh 50kg so I consume 100 grams of protein per day) distributed in 4 or 5 meals and always varies the source of protein, eggs, chicken, fish, lean beef, turkey, natural yogurt 3 Rest: the muscles grow in rest, Not during the training you stretch your muscles from 48 to 72 hours before training them again (not to train buttocks every day will be bigger ..NO) also try to sleep at least 8 hours a day for a deep rest .. 4. Do not forget carbohydrates: you need them as a source of energy for your workouts and save your protein, if you reduce carbohydrate intake too much your body will use protein as a source of energy and do not want this to happen .. The best: potato, sweet potato, rice, banana, oats, legumes, fruits.  5. If you always do the same, you will not see changes. Always add a little more weight, vary your routines, work the eccentric phase of the exercise, work in biseries, supersets or circuits. 6.
