Hii 🤗 try this upper body workout, it killed me after boxing today. Most of my workouts incorporate multiple muscle groups to get the most out of each workout, unless I’m isolating specific muscle groups. This one focuses on shoulders,back, core, and glutes. Reps.. 15,30,15. 3-5 sets depending on your fitness level. Slow it down on the first one and last one and focus on the squeeze when you pull back. Add 100 jump ropes in between sets to keep your heart rate up! Tag your workout partner or save video for your next upper body day! 💋oh and you better double tap that shiz 😉

Battle ropes. There's nothing more exhilarating then slamming those ropes. It's almost just as much fun as boxing and its an excellent stress reliever also! . Been doing battle ropes for a while. They are a great workout for your abs, back, glutes, and you can include the squat position and help work legs too. . It's a perfect high intensity training and hard core conditioning. . Just some reasons why ropes are killer in your workout routine... . 💛Battle ropes provide dual force dynamic effect to improve physiological response. 💛Provide less injury and more results (each person is limited by own force production etc). 💛Makes weak body parts strong. IE... as your waves increase in size, speed, distance or duration, they increase force through the rope, requiring stronger grip in order to not let rope slip out of hands. 💛Mobility increases. In all areas of fitness, mobility must come before stability, and stability before endurance, strength and power. 💛Stability increases. It is generated through ropes. You will become very strong and stable with both upper and lower extremities. . 💙Don't forget to start your training sessions with dynamic mobility (stretching through movement).
