@foodfanaticspilbara challenge Day 18!
It was mad Monday for me today with kids activities, chiro appointments and an Instagram take over of @theinspiredmark 😅. Lucky I was organised 😜.
Breakfast - @greedy_nannys granola with coconut yoghurt and red grapes;
Morning Tea - celery sticks with hommus;
Lunch - left over Mexican cup for me, and left over Asian beef, vegetable and noodles for hubby;
Afternoon Tea - mashed banana with dairy free @halotopau chocolate ice cream for Rory and pineapple and melon for me;
Dinner - vegetable quiche (made with Greek yoghurt) and salad.
Ingredients from the fruit and vegetable boxes included:
* red grapes
* 4 celery sticks
* 1 banana
* honeydew melon
* 3 spring onions
* 1 red capsicum
* cos lettuce
* 1 tomato
* 1/2 avocado
