What’s your biggest struggle: nutrition or exercise? . Our virtual Fit Camp members are kicking butt at both!! 🙌🏼but it hasn’t always been that way. The nutrition struggle seems to be the hardest. But they are conquering the yo-yo dieting and rollercoaster🎢 ride of the scale 😁 we have the solution 👌🏻 . It’s easy to workout when you can choose between 700 workouts ranging from weights, to dance, HIIT and cardio ~ even quick 20 mins ones, right at home 🏡 . But when it comes to quick meals -> that are healthy <- when you are tired, not so much. . But in chatting, in discussing meal planning and prepping, in having nutrition plans at your finger tips, the struggle becomes a little less. . The real problem comes from HOW MUCH and of WHAT do I eat? . And they get directed to the meal plan from their program, containers to use as a guide and then it becomes more about simplicity and less about the mind struggle. We tend to over complicate things because we are scared, maybe of failing yet another diet, or that food has been hard so this time it’s going to be harder. . Not the case. A list provided, pair up foods, fill up containers based on your meal plan and eat through the day. . Variety. Simplicity. Support and accountability. Nutrition isn’t too hard. .
