Remembering our Cranberry Lemon Curd Pie w/ Walnut Gingersnap Crust from last year . I found the recipe from Lindsey @cafe_johnsonia and she just posted it in her bio again for the holidays this year. I’ve seen a lot of these going around, but her recipe is 4 years old and might just be the original. ✨ I love anything lemon, and with the added cranberry it’s perfect for thanksgiving. The cranberries give it a gorgeous color that will stand out and attract everyone’s eyes. The ginger snaps are perfect to balance all the tart flavors going on in the filling. I also added some walnuts in the food processor with the ginger snaps to give it a little nutty taste. overnight oats are convenient and delicious but...having 10 extra minutes in the morning to make hot chocolatey oats with caramelized bananas makes my day💥🙌🏼🔥 for these, i soaked gluten-free sprouted steel cut @onedegreeorganics oats in water overnight, then cooked them on stovetop in the morning, adding homemade flax milk, chocolate @nuzest_usa protein, @organikahealth collagen, and toasted carob powder* instead of my usual cacao* + topped with bananas lightly fried in some coconut oil and cinnamon, @wholey.granoly cacao coconut granola, and silky smooth almond butter💥💥
