Teriyaki Lettuce Wraps - quick, easy and filling! And you could easily substitute ground turkey or even shrimp for the chicken. These Wraps are super easy to make ahead, too! Just cook your teriyaki chicken mixture, refrigerate and reheat when ready to serve. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Teriyaki Lettuce Wraps⁣ ⁣ 1 tablespoon sesame oil⁣ 1 pound ground chicken⁣ 1 diced onion⁣ 2 garlic cloves, minced⁣ 1/3 cup garlic Hoisin sauce⁣ 1 tablespoon soy sauce⁣ 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar⁣ 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced⁣ 1 can water chestnuts, diced⁣ 1/4 cup green onions, sliced⁣ Butterhead Lettuce leaves⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Heat sesame oil in skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until brown, about 5 minutes. Make sure to crumble the chicken as it cooks. Stir in garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar, until onions have become translucent, a couple of minutes. Stir in chestnuts and green onions until tender, about 1/2 minutes, and season with salt and pepper to taste. To serve, spoon several tablespoons of the chicken mixture in your lettuce leaves, taco style. EVERYTHING KALE CHIPS. These kale chips are everything! Well not really but they are seasoned with Everything-But-The-Bagel seasoning. This flavoring is having such a moment right now and I’m hooked on it but I wanted it to be healthy, so I threw it on some kale. Voila!
