#flexbowl got me like 🤤 Missed lunch so had some catching up to do! @reesespuffscereal And @gonutritionuk shake, topped with @usnuk delite brownie bar, @snickers xtreme, and @sweetfreedomuk choc shot 😍 Whole bowl 870cals 101c 30f 53p I got the delite bar from this months @myhiitkit, and it's alright but im glad I didn't have it alone as a snack. Flavour is ok but texture is a bit tough 😅

After having the best gluten free "healthy” cookies in San Fran last week I was determined to make my own cookie recipe that was “healthy” but soft, chewy and still tasted like a proper cookie! Took me a few goes but finally got the texture I was looking for! 🔹Ingredients🔹 🔸2/3 cup of @sowans_ireland hazelnut butter with honey and vanilla (you can use any nut butter you want) 🔸2 Flax Eggs (2 tbs Flax + 6 tbs hot water) 🔸50g of sunflower seeds 🔸50g of Pumpkin seeds 🔸1/4 cup of brown sugar with stevia 🔸1 tsp Baking Powder 🔸Pinch of Sea salt 🔸2-3 Large Squares of Dark Chocolate 🔹Method: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Place in the dough in the freezer for 5-8 mins. Take out, roll into cookies and press down to desired thickness (I suggest leaving them quite thick). I made 6 larger cookies! Bake at 200 degrees for around 10 mins.
