Dreaming, planning, creating. One thing I’ve learnt over the last few weeks is that I WANT to be challenged, I want tough workouts, I want to push myself, I want to be out of breath after a workout. It makes me feel alive. It gives me a sense of achievement. It gets rid of so much stress. Whenever I get round to testing this I have set a goal time of 60 minutes. It won’t be easy but I know if I push myself enough I can do it. Just had probably my favourite personal training session ever!! One hundred deadlifts (45kg), 30 flat chest press (15kg for 20 and 10kg for the remaining 10), 30 overhead press (10kg) 30 cable seated row, 1km on the ski erg and finished with burning 42 calories in 3 and a half minutes.
