Starting this week reminding myself of the journey past as I move forward! 😇🤸🏼‍♀️ • • • • The other day someone [kindly] asked if something was wrong with my foot because I was limping 🙄 I was so embarrassed for some reason and regretted not being more mindful of my stride! My hips are still slightly misaligned, so a slight limp is the default 🤷🏼‍♀️ • • • • Doing modifications during workouts is BETTER than not working out at all 💪🏻 needing extra breaks when practicing is NOTHING to be ashamed of 🎻 • • • • Growing up with scoliosis and having the surgery in high school is part of the UNIQUE story God wrote for me ❤️ has it sometimes been painful? HECK YES (in several ways). Has it been discouraging and frustrating at times? Yes. But now I’m walking, running half marathons, building muscle, pursuing a career as a musician and can travel, work, etc. So much to be grateful for, and I won’t wallow in self pity or make my story unusable by my Heavenly Dad 😌🙏🏻

What will you hold yourself accountable for this week? Comment below 👇 Tomorrow is Monday: the start of a new week. What is one thing you’re going to get done, no matter what it takes? It can be something as simple as drinking an extra glass of water, or as extreme as running marathon. By next Sunday, I will complete my 12 week online training program. I’ve given you guys glimpses of what it will contain, and I can honestly say it’s the most comprehensive training program I’ve seen.
