Just because it's a holiday weekend doesn't mean you should throw your diet out the window! . It's ok to have some bbq and enjoy the weekend, but just choose your food wisely, and don't overeat . If you don't want to get too crazy, just remember the palm, fist, fist method of measuring your food . Palm size portion of protein and a fist size portion of veggies and carbs . Your body can recover from a cheat meal here or there, it won't handle a whole weekend of cheat meals though . Don't let a weekend hinder the progress you've made! . The meal I have here is a little more generous than usual bc my workout went the extra mile today lol .
