Shuttle and rep accumulator today. 5 increasing distance shuttles with increasing reps of an exercise at each pole. Increasing 3,4,5 reps after each shuttle. After all 5 poles are complete 3,4,5 reps of burpees at the turning pole and then onto the next exercise starting at 3,4,5 reps on the first pole.
