So, I put this together to give you a look into the many benefits of hot/cold showers. 🔥❄️To get the benefits of both temperatures, I love taking CONTRAST SHOWERS!!———————————————————-HOW TO TAKE A CONTRAST SHOWER: 1.Start with hot water for about 3 minutes🔥******************************************* 2. Switch to the coldest you can handle for 2 minutes (your tolerance will grow over time) ********************************************3. Do each round about 3-5 times. ********************************************I highly encourage you to make it the coldest u can stand for the best results. In the cold water, you should expect a change in your breathing pattern; dont panic, it happens to the best of us! When this occurs, focus on your breathing and try to bring it back to your normal rate. ALWAYS END YOUR SHOWER ON COLD. ❄️☃️———————————————————-I really swear by these showers. They give me energy instantly, get my blood flowing, help relieve my muscle soreness, and just make me feel amazing overall! 😊I also found that when I am out in the cold weather, I dont get ANYWHERE as cold as I usually do, (and im usually always cold)!
