You must get rid of the negative thoughts on your mind which are killing you and bringing you down telling you that you can’t do it. Exercise is a crucial part in having a good body and also for a good healthy heart. Daily min for an adult requires atleast 60 mins of physical activity, so let’s move!! You are what you eat as they say so choose wisely if you’re feeding your soul good or feeding it poison. Eat in balance don’t completely cut out everything and then have a crash where you crave everything and you’re back to square one. Take portions and enjoy fruit and veg. As they say even eating is an art. Work hard and NEVER give up because there is a light at the end of the tunnel and you will reach it! Tell yourself you’re strong and you’ll do it! Remember, no pain no gain. Don’t always worry about little things. Worry makes you old quicker and is not good for the body and brain. Just have an intention that from today you will be stress free and not worry because what is to happen will happen. Dancing is one of best ways and my favourite ways to get a workout in and at same time enjoy yourself and remove stress. It’s just you, the music and the dance floor (ok not literally but you know ;) ) so get up and dance your way to fitness! It’s so flexible that you don’t need to go to a gym for it. One main thing is loving yourself for who you are. If you love yourself you’ll begin to love the little changes and will feel more positive. Whereas if you don’t then it’s all negativity which will get you know where. Remember you are beautiful. And lastly, be happy. Happy that you are blessed with a lot of things and happy that there are people out there who love you! Staying happy means staying healthy so never give up that smile. How do you start your day?? Bonus question: do you know what’s missing from this picture? . Here I have caffeinated or decaffeinated coffee: reason being that on some days I need the boost and some days I just want a great cup of coffee ☕️😋 . Mct oil: emulsified & flavored or regular unflavored. Personally I like both but I tend to go unflavored because I enjoy black coffee. The flavored version acts like a creamer and lightens the coffee so that’s a nice treat as well when looking to mix it up. MCT oil is good for so many things but I mainly use it for brain fuel and to benefit my gut microbiome . CBD oil: this ones relatively new for me but after 2-3 weeks I can confidently say I think it works, either that or the placebo affect is working wonders (either way I’ll take it!). I take the CBD to help with my anxiety. You may or may not know but I struggle with anxiety daily but lately I feel like I’m winning. There’s no major feelings involved except the absence of overactive thoughts etc. .
