How diverse should you make your clients’ training? If they have several fitness goals, training styles and sport specific work to do it can get pretty difficult and time consuming fitting it all into every workout. Try to pick exercises that improve multiple aspects of their fitness (strength, balance, power, stability etc), and compliment instead of hinder each other. Here are my final sets of this week's strength, skill, power and kickboxing training. If you have a busy schedule or lots of areas to train, splitting workouts to just 'back and biceps' might be costing you precious time! - Coach Jim

⚠️HAMSTRING STRENGTHENING⚠️ - We want to make sure we maximize the HAMSTRINGS full potential which is vitally important for athletes that require deceleration moments such as soccer, tennis, and/or basketball players. - ⚒This is a great TOOL especially when your limited by the equipment at your home, gym, or clinic; or can be used to facilitate hamstrings prior to heavy deadlifts! - 🔑Steps To Perform: 1️⃣ Back flat on floor and knees to chest 2️⃣ With knees flexed, bridge hips into extension 3️⃣ While holding hip extension, begin to slowly extended your knees using hamstring to control the movement 4️⃣ Begin with high reps with both legs progressing to single leg when deemed appropriate - 💛LIKE and SHARE if you or someone you know would benefit from this exercise! 💜COMMENT below with any questions! - Equipment: suspension trainer!
