Cinnamon Oatmeal Banana Bread • * 3 tbsp. coconut oil melted * 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce * 3 tbsp. honey * 3 tbsp. maple syrup * 2 eggs * 1.25 cups mashed bananas (around 3 bananas) * 1/4 cup almond milk * 3 tsp. cinnamon * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 tsp baking soda * 1/2 tsp salt * 1 cups white whole wheat flour * 1 cup rolled oats * 1/2 cup dairy free chips • Bake at 350 for 45-55 min until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean!

Taking it back old school with my step and my scrunchie 🤘🏼⠀ ⠀ Make no mistake though, this ain’t yo mommas old step aerobics workout. ⠀ I used to do my moms old Kathy Smith VHS tapes when I was little, and man did I love that workout.
