Dit weekend voorspellen ze weer volop zon ☀️😎 Misschien een goed idee om zo’n heerlijk slaatje te maken. Met heel wat (verschillende kleuren) groenten, schijfjes avocado en stukjes Spaanse tortilla 😋👌🏼 Hoe maak je nu zo'n tortilla? Je stooft stukjes aardappel, ajuin, een teentje look aan. In principe kan je daar ook nog fijne stukjes van een andere groente aan toevoegen. Als alles gaar is, voeg je er 4 eieren bij. En dan laat je het geheel langzaam bakken op 'n laag vuur! Ongeveer een 10-tal minuten per kant. Since I’m so busy with my internship and school, getting in my protein is so hard. I also eat what they make there and because I don’t eat meat I don’t always have a protein source with my diner.
